Delivery
- Free Delivery within Ukraine: Available to a Nova Poshta branch or via courier to the specified address.
Quick Facts:
- Order processing typically takes 1-2 days if the product is in stock. If the product is not in stock, processing may take 5-12 days.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
- To track your order, use the tracking link provided in the delivery confirmation email.
- Delivery times vary by region and Nova Poshta’s workload but usually range between 1 to 3 business days.
Delivery services are unavailable on official public holidays in Ukraine.
Payment
- Online: Payments are accepted via Visa and MasterCard bank cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- Upon Receipt: Payment can be made in cash or via bank card at Nova Poshta branches or to the courier upon delivery.
Return and Exchange
We provide our customers the right to return purchased goods within 14 days, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection."
Important Notes:
We reserve the right to decline returns for goods included in the "List" of non-food items not subject to return or exchange, such as:
- Pillows
- Bedding
- Plaids
- Mattresses
- Blankets, Down duvets (comforters)
- Mattress covers and featherbeds
- Underwear and home clothing
- Home shoes with disposable soles
- Products for newborns
- Towels
We encourage you to make careful and informed choices when purchasing products on our website.
Defective or damaged items resulting from shipping are eligible for return or exchange.
Return Policy
- Items must meet the following criteria to qualify for a return or exchange:
- Be in new, original condition with all tags and labels attached.
- Retain the factory seal on the lock of the original Aurora Lilot bag for pillows and blankets.
- Include the original packaging, invoice, leaflets, packing list, and certificates.
Exclusions:
- For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or washed pillows, duvet covers, blankets, or bed linen.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Customized or personalized items cannot be returned.

Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping and return fees are non-refundable.
- All returned items are subject to mandatory inspection.
- Refund processing times for bank cards depend on your issuing bank's policy.
Additional Notes:
- We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired product.
- Aurora Lilot reserves the right to limit service in cases of frequent returns by a customer.
